I’m so passionate about baking, it's an incredible gift I’ve inherited from my maternal Grandmother. The process of producing these simple handmade recipes from both sides of my family starts with great recipes, followed by selecting the finest ingredients, carefully assembling and mixing them accurately, and concluding with precise temperatures whether baking or cooking. All of which have been made with a love for great tradition and being able to share a moment of pure deliciousness for everyone to enjoy!

The fresh lemons are hand-zested and squeezed, extracting the vibrant citrus essence that defines my Fresh Lemon Curd as well as the incredible Lemon Curd Cheesecake. The meticulous test for acidity when making the lemon curd ensures natural preservation, reflecting a commitment to using a natural process rather than artificial additives.
