Our Fresh Lemon Curd is gluten free. All the other products contain gluten.

The Fresh Lemon Curd has a shelf life of six months. Once opened it should be refrigerated and typically it lasts 12 weeks. The Fresh Lemon Curd freezes well for up to six months and should be placed in the refrigerator to defrost.
The Shortbread stays fresh for up to two weeks in an airtight tin at room temperature, seven days at room temperature in a zip-top bag, or up to two weeks in the refrigerator. To extend the shelf life even further, you can freeze them for up to six months and defrost them in the refrigerator. Please do not microwave.
Should you want to restore the Shortbread to its freshly baked splendor, simply place the shortbread on a baking sheet with parchment paper in the center of the oven and heat to 350 degrees. Once the oven reaches 350 degrees, bake the Shortbread for an additional one or two minutes. Remove the Shortbread from the oven and slide the parchment paper with the Shortbread onto a cooling rack.
The Millionaire’s Shortbread stays fresh for up to two weeks in an airtight tin, or in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator. To extend the shelf life even further you can freeze the Millionaire’s Shortbread for up to six months and place it in the refrigerator to defrost. Please do not microwave.
The Scones unfortunately, don’t have a very long shelf life due to the nature of their ingredients along with no additives or preservatives! Scones are best the day they are baked. However, extending their shelf life and storing them correctly, they can last a few more days. Wrap the Scones individually once cold and store them in an airtight container or zip-top bag at room temperature.
To restore the Scones to their freshly baked splendor, simply place the Scones on a baking sheet with parchment paper in the center of the oven and heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the oven reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit, bake the Scones for an additional two to three minutes. Remove the Scones from the oven and set them on a cooling rack. Please do not microwave.
The Shortbread Apple Almond Torte once baked should be eaten within four days and stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. It can be frozen for up to three months. Defrost in the refrigerator. Please do not microwave.
The Lemon Curd Cheesecake should be eaten within 5–7 days of baking and stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. It can be frozen for up to three months. Defrost in the refrigerator. Please do not microwave.
